Rückerstattung der Flugscheinkosten mit der Flugnummer ________


Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,


ich habe für den ________ einen Flug von ________ nach ________ gebucht.

Hiermit fordere ich die Erstattung der Flugscheinkosten, aufgrund der Annullierung meines Fluges. Dies entspricht dem Tatbestand von Art. 5 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 261/2004 und berechtigt mich zu Ausgleichszahlungen im Sinne des Art. 7 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 261/2004 und Unterstützungsleistungen im Sinne von Art. 9 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 261/2004

Der Flug wurde annulliert, sodass die Beförderung zum gebuchten Ziel nicht planmäßig erfolgte. Dadurch habe ich einen Schaden erlitten.
