Dear Sir/Madam,

§ 1. Introduction. I, ________, son/daughter/wife of ________, aged ________ years, residing at ________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer"), being a "consumer" within the meaning of Section 2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, hereby address this letter to you in respect of the purchase of the product more particularly described herein below.

(2). replace the said Product with a new Product of the same specification and free from any defect; or

§ 7. Time for Compliance. You are hereby required to comply with the aforesaid demand within ________ days from the date of receipt of this letter.

This letter is issued without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Consumer.
