Dear Sir/Madam,

§ 1. Introduction. I, ________, son/daughter/wife of ________, aged ________ years, residing at ________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer"), being a "consumer" within the meaning of Section 2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, hereby address this letter to you in respect of the purchase of the product more particularly described herein below.

§ 2. Particulars of the Product. The Consumer purchased the following product from your Company: ________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").

§ 9. Reservation of Rights. Nothing contained in this letter shall be construed as a waiver of any of the rights or remedies available to the Consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or any other law for the time being in force, all of which are expressly reserved.
