4.2 Bei vorsätzlicher Begehung wird eine falsche eidesstattliche Versicherung gemäß § 156 StGB mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.

4.3 Bei fahrlässiger Begehung droht gemäß § 161 StGB Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder Geldstrafe.

4.4 Über die vorstehenden strafrechtlichen Folgen einer falschen eidesstattlichen Versicherung bin ich belehrt worden und habe diese zur Kenntnis genommen.
