Asunto: Carta de preaviso de despido

La presente tiene por objeto hacer de su conocimiento, que se dará inicio a su procedimiento de preaviso de despido, el cual se sustenta en la causal de despido que se encuentra debidamente contemplada en el literal a) del artículo 23 del D.S. N° 003-97-TR, y establece que:
