(a) During the course of your employment, you will have access to confidential information relating to the Employer's business, including but not limited to trade secrets, financial information, client and customer details, business strategies, and other proprietary information.

(b) You agree that you will not, either during or after your employment, disclose any such confidential information to any third party or use it for any purpose other than the proper performance of your duties, except as required by law or with the prior written consent of the Employer.


9. Termination

(a) During your employment, either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice of ________ (or payment in lieu of notice) to the other party.
