You agree that all intellectual property, materials, documents, and information created or developed by you in the course of your duties as a Campus Ambassador shall be the sole property of the Organization.
6. Termination
a. During your Ambassadorship, either party may terminate the Ambassadorship by providing written notice of ________ (________) business days (or payment in lieu of notice) to the other party.
7. Acceptance
This Offer Letter contains the proposed Terms and Conditions of your Ambassadorship with the Organization and is subject to the preparation and execution of a formal Campus Ambassador Agreement.
