About LegalDocs
LegalDocs is a document automation service. You answer a plain-language questionnaire, the document drafts itself as you type, and you download it as Word (.docx) and PDF. The templates cover everyday legal paperwork - employment contracts, leases, notices, company records and similar - across the jurisdictions listed in our document library.
Who operates this service
The Service at legaldocs.expert is operated by AXG Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Poland, with its registered office at ul. Graniczna 29, 40-017 Katowice, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000563458, NIP 9542756130, REGON 361793430.

What we are not
LegalDocs is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. AXG is not a law firm, legal adviser, advocate, attorney, tax adviser, notary, public authority or court. Using this website does not create a lawyer-client or any similar professional relationship.
Our templates are general-purpose documents. They are not drafted individually for your circumstances: we do not assess your legal situation, verify the information you enter, or confirm that a template you have chosen is suitable for your purpose. Where a matter is significant, contested, or unusual, consult a qualified lawyer admitted in the relevant jurisdiction before relying on a document.
How documents are produced and maintained
Every template is prepared against the legislation of the jurisdiction it is offered for and is revised when that legislation changes. Our editorial policy sets out the sources we work from, what triggers a revision, and how to report a problem with a document.
Pricing and payment
Documents are sold individually for a single one-time fee shown before payment - there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Your answers stay in your browser while you fill a document in.
Reporting a problem
If you believe a template is out of date, incorrect for its jurisdiction, or unclear, tell us at support@legaldocs.expert and name the document and country. Reports about legal accuracy are prioritised over other correspondence.
