§ 1. Purpose of Notice. This letter constitutes formal written notice, given pursuant to the terms of the written lease agreement dated ________ (the “Lease”) and applicable state and local landlord-tenant law, of my intention to terminate my tenancy and vacate the rental premises identified below (the “Premises”):
