Kindly advise me in your reply of any license fee, royalty, or condition you may wish to impose, in the amount of ________ or such other amount as we may mutually agree.

§ 6. Written Response. I would be most grateful if you could confirm in writing whether you grant me permission to use the Work, and on what terms.
