RE: FORMAL COMPLAINT BY TENANT IN RESPECT OF THE DEMISED PREMISES SITUATE AT ________

§1. Introduction. I, ________, am the tenant lawfully in possession of the residential/commercial premises situate at ________ ( he "Demised Premises"\), of which you are the landlord, by virtue of a Tenancy/Lease Agreement dated ________ ( he "Agreement"\).

§2. Purpose. This letter is written to lodge a formal complaint concerning the condition of, and your obligations in respect of, the Demised Premises. The particulars of my complaint are set out below.
