§1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1.1 In accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, we offer returns, refunds, and repairs of defective or damaged products. Where a product purchased from us is damaged, defective, or does not function properly, fails to comply with its description, or is not of merchantable quality, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair as provided in this Policy and under the applicable law.
1.2 Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or otherwise derogate from any statutory right or remedy available to you as a consumer under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
