§ 1. Purpose of this Letter

1.1 I refer to my contract of employment dated ________ entered into between me and the Company, and to the discussion held between us on ________, during which you indicated your in-principle / verbal approval for a flexible working arrangement.

1.2 I am writing to formally request your sanction for a flexible working arrangement that varies from my current working hours, in accordance with the Company’s applicable human resources and flexible working policy (the “Policy”) and the terms of my contract of employment.
