QUITCLAIM DEED

§ 1. Date and Parties. This Quitclaim Deed (this his ________, by and between ________, a married individual residing at ________ (the “Grantor”), and ________, a married individual residing at ________ (the “Grantee”).

§ 2. Consideration. For and in consideration of the sum of $________ (________ dollars) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby remise, release, convey, and forever quitclaim unto the Grantee, and to the Grantee's heirs, successors, and assigns, all of the Grantor's right, title, interest, claim, and demand, both at law and in equity, in and to the real property described below.
