1. Status of this letter

1.1 This letter constitutes an expression of interest only. It is not intended to create, and shall not create, any legally binding obligation on the part of either myself or the Partnership. No partnership, contract or other legal relationship shall arise unless and until a written partnership agreement (or a deed of admission and accession to the existing partnership agreement) is duly executed by all relevant parties.
