6. I understand that, in accordance with Article 12(5) of the UK GDPR, the first copy of my personal data is to be provided free of charge. I acknowledge that a reasonable fee based on administrative costs may be charged for any further copies, or where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. If you intend to charge a fee in respect of this request, please notify me in writing of the amount and the basis for it before any work is undertaken.
