VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Volunteer Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this _______ day of _____________________, 20_____ at the City/Municipality of _____________________, Province of ________, by and between:

________, a non-profit organization duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with principal address at ________, represented in this act by ________, hereinafter referred to as the "Organization"

________, Filipino, of legal age, and with address at ________, hereinafter referred to as the "Volunteer"

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, Volunteer wishes to donate their time and services to the Organization;

WHEREAS, Organization would like to accept Volunteer's service;

Now therefore, the parties hereby agree as follows:

I. Volunteer Services.

Volunteer will be donating time to the organization as a volunteer.

Volunteer will be providing the following services (the "Services"):

Volunteer plans to volunteer for ________ (________) Hours each week.

II. No Wages.

Volunteer understands that this role is without wages, salary, or other benefits. This is an exclusively voluntary role so that Volunteer may provide assistance to the Organization.

III. Reimbursement.

Volunteer may be reimbursed for the following expenses:

IV. Supervisor

Volunteer's direct supervisor will be the following: ________ (the "Supervisor"). Volunteer agrees to follow all directions given by the Supervisor, as well as any and all rules and instructions provided by the Organization. Volunteer may also be assigned to other supervisors, including other volunteers, from time-to-time.

V. Organization Rules.

Volunteer understands and accepts that Organization has its own rules and regulations as to the conduct of its volunteers. Volunteers agrees to comply with the Organization's rules and regulations.

Organization may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate this Agreement upon the violation of any of its rules and regulations, without prejudice to any other legal actions that Organization may pursue against Volunteer.

VI. Training.

Volunteer may be asked to undergo training for the Organization. Volunteer understands that such training may be an essential component of being able to volunteer. Volunteer agrees to complete such training prior to beginning volunteer work with Organization.

VII. Confidentiality.

IX. Intellectual Property.

Volunteer agrees that any and all work product, materials, inventions, or other intellectual property created or developed by Volunteer in the course of performing the Services shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Organization. Volunteer hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in such work product to the Organization.

X. Relationship.

Nothing herein shall be taken to establish any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. Volunteer is, and at all times will be, a volunteer only. Volunteer shall receive no benefits from Organization, such as health insurance, paid vacation, or sick days.

XI. Termination.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time.

XIII. General Provisions

a. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

b. Amendments and Modifications. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed and agreed upon by both Parties.

c. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

d. Headings. Headings to this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be construed to limit or otherwise affect the terms of this Agreement.
