OFFICE MEMORANDUM / NOTICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES


Dear Colleagues:

§ 1. Purpose. This Memorandum is issued by ________ (the “Company”) pursuant to the exercise of its management prerogative recognized under prevailing labor law and jurisprudence, to formally advise all employees of the adoption and implementation of the ________ (the “Policy”).

§ 2. Effectivity. The Policy shall take effect on ________ and shall remain in force until otherwise amended, superseded, or revoked by the Company through a subsequent written issuance.

§ 3. Scope and Application. The Policy applies to all employees of the Company, whether regular, probationary, project-based, seasonal, or fixed-term, as well as to such other personnel as may be expressly covered by its terms. A complete copy of the Policy is attached to and forms an integral part of this Memorandum.

§ 5. Duty to Read and Comply. All employees are directed to read, understand, and familiarize themselves with the Policy carefully, as it contains material provisions affecting their employment with the Company. Compliance with the terms of the Policy is mandatory and forms part of the employees’ obligations under their respective contracts of employment and the Company’s Code of Conduct.

§ 7. Acknowledgment. Each employee is requested to sign and return the attached Acknowledgment Receipt to the Human Resources Department on or before ________ to confirm receipt and understanding of the Policy. The Company’s collection and processing of any personal information in connection herewith shall be governed by the Company’s data privacy policy and Republic Act No. 10173.

§ 8. Inquiries. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the Policy, you may contact the undersigned or the Human Resources Department at ________.
