I, ________, of legal age and presently residing at ________, am the Lessee under the Contract of Lease executed on ________ (the “Lease”) between you, as Lessor, and the undersigned, as Lessee, covering the premises located at ________ (the “Leased Premises”).

I respectfully write to request an extension of the period within which to pay the rent corresponding to the period from ________ to ________. The rent for the said period amounts to ________ (₱________), which falls due on ________.

I regret having to make this request. Regrettably, I am presently experiencing an unforeseen financial difficulty. In particular, I am confronted with the following circumstances:
