We write on behalf of ________ (the “Lessee”), with principal address at ________, represented herein by its duly authorized representative, ________, in connection with the Lease Contract executed by and between the Lessee and ________ (the “Lessor”) on ________ (the “Lease Contract”), covering the property described below (the “Leased Property”):
