Re: CONDITIONAL OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT


Dear ________,


On behalf of ________ (the "Company"), a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, we are pleased to extend to you this conditional offer of employment for the position of ________, under the terms and conditions set out below.

§ 2. Conditions Precedent. This offer is expressly conditioned upon, and shall be effective only after, the Company’s receipt and satisfactory verification of the following documents and requirements:

Failure to submit any of the foregoing, or the discovery of any material misrepresentation, omission, or falsity in the documents or information you provide, shall render this offer void and of no further force and effect, without any liability on the part of the Company.

§ 3. Pre-Employment Requirements. In addition to the foregoing, you shall be required to comply with such pre-employment medical examinations, clearances, and statutory registrations (including Social Security System, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and Bureau of Internal Revenue requirements) as may be lawfully required by the Company and applicable law.

§ 4. Terms of Engagement. Upon your acceptance of this offer and satisfaction of the conditions precedent, the Company shall discuss with you and set forth in the Employment Agreement the specific terms of your engagement, including but not limited to your commencement date, compensation and benefits, hours of work, probationary period and the reasonable standards for regularization (consistent with Article 296 [281] of the Labor Code), confidentiality obligations, and grounds for termination consistent with law.

§ 6. Compensation Information. Should you have any questions concerning this offer, you may contact the undersigned by telephone at ________ or by electronic mail at ________.

§ 7. Period of Validity. To accept this offer, kindly signify your conformity by signing and returning a copy of this letter to the Company on or before ________. Should the Company not receive your written conformity within the said period, this offer shall be deemed automatically withdrawn and of no further effect, without need of further notice.

§ 8. Governing Law. This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this offer shall be submitted to the appropriate authorities or the competent courts of ________, to the exclusion of all other venues.
