RE: LETTER OF RESIGNATION

1.   I write to formally tender my resignation from my position as ________ with ________ ("the Company"), with effect from ________.

2.   This letter is issued in compliance with the notice requirements under Section 11 of the Labour Act, Cap L1, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, and in accordance with the terms of my contract of employment with the Company.
