RE: NOTICE TO BUILDER FOR DELAY IN HANDING OVER THE POSSESSION


Dear ________,

I am writing to address a matter of significant concern pertaining to the following contract: ________ dated ________ ("Sale of Property Agreement"), which was mutually entered into by ________ (hereinafter referred to as "We/Us/I") and ________ (hereinafter referred to as "You/Your"). Despite our previous communications, I note with concern that You have failed to handover the possession of the property on the agreed date of ________ and violated the terms of the Sale of Property Agreement. I have not yet received any committed date or valid reason for the ongoing hold-up from Your side.

Specifically, you are in breach of the following section or clause of the Sale of Property Agreement: ________. As stated under the Sale of Property Agreement, the delivery was expected on ________, with a grace period of ________ (________) days from the due date.
