This notice is to bring to your attention that the payment of alimony is due since ________ from you. You are supposed to pay the alimony as per the court order dated ________ with the order number: ________.

As per the order you suppose to pay Rs.________ (________) on the following interval: weekly. By not making the payment on time, you have breached the aforementioned court order.

Thus, through this notice, I finally call upon you to make the payment of total outstanding amount of Rs ________(________).

You are hereby called upon to make the payment of the entire outstanding amount within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which appropriate legal action shall be initiated against you for recovery of the said amount along with interest, as may be permissible under law. Needless to mention that you will be responsible for the cost and expenses thereof.
