Pursuant to GDPR Article 17 and Article 19 of the GDPR, I am requesting the erasure of my personal data without undue delay.
Under Article 17, the legal basis for demanding erasure of this personal data is as follows:
1. The retention of my personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected or processed.
2. I object to the processing of my personal data for direct marketing purposes.
3. The personal data has been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1).
In light of the above grounds, I urge your organisation take swift action to erase the data described.
