AND WHEREAS the Seller and the Buyer have agreed to such sale for the consideration mentioned herein;

NOW THEREFORE this Bill of Sale witnesses as follows:

2. PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT

(c) Sales Taxes: the responsibility for the applicable sales taxes on the transfer of ownership of the Vehicle shall be borne by the Buyer.

3. DELIVERY METHOD

The Seller shall ensure delivery of the Vehicle to the Buyer. Liability shall be exclusively borne by the purchaser who purchases the Vehicle in as is where is condition and adds plates and/ or operates the same without a Safety Standards Certificate.

4. CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES

The Vehicle is being sold in as is where is condition and is not represented as being in a road worthy condition and may not be fit for use, possibly requiring substantial repairs to meet such purposes, at the Buyer's expense.

The Buyer intends to use the Vehicle for the following purpose: personal transportation.

The Buyer has had a reasonable opportunity to examine the Vehicle and has done so. Further, the Buyer test drove the Vehicle. Any defects discovered after the sale are the sole liability of the Buyer.

The Parties intend that title shall pass when this Agreement is executed by the Parties.
