1. PARTIES

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS AND CONSENT

4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS

§ 4.2 No Ownership Claim. I claim no ownership of the Released Media and forego any opportunity, whether past or present, to copyright or trademark the Released Media.

5. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

§ 5.1 Public Disclosure. I give consent to the use of this Released Media while knowing and understanding that my name, image, likeness, voice, comments, and other identifying factors may be revealed to the general public.

§ 5.2 No Compensation. I understand that I will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, in connection with the use, publication, or distribution of the Released Media, whether now or in the future, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

§ 5.3 No Right of Inspection. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including any written copy or other material, that may be created in connection with the Released Media.

§ 5.4 No Obligation to Use. I acknowledge that the Release Receiver shall have no obligation to use the Released Media or to exercise any of the rights granted under this Agreement.

§ 5.5 Voluntary Agreement. I have read this Media Release Agreement in its entirety, fully understand its contents, and freely and voluntarily agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions.

§ 5.6 Capacity. I am over eighteen (18) years of age and have full legal rights and authority to consent to the terms of this Media Release Agreement.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 6.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of ________, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

§ 6.2 Venue. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in ________ County, State of ________ for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

§ 6.3 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

§ 6.7 Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

§ 6.8 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, including by electronic signature, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
