LEASE AMENDMENT AGREEMENT

This Lease Amendment Agreement (hereinafter "Amendment") is entered into and made effective as of ________ by and between the lessor, ________ (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord"), and the following lessee: ________ (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant").

Landlord and Tenant may be referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."


RECITALS:

WHEREAS, Tenant is the current lessor of a residential property ("Property") located at the following address, owned by Landlord:

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant wish to amend the terms of the lease agreement ("Lease") between them subject to the terms and conditions herein;

NOW, therefore, in consideration of the obligations and covenants contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties do contract and agree as follows:

Article 1 - AMENDMENT:

Under the terms and conditions herein, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to amend the Lease as follows:

Article 2 - NO OTHER CHANGES:


Article 3 - INCORPORATION:

This Amendment incorporates and is subject to the original Lease. There shall not be any further amendment of the Lease without the Landlord's advance written consent.


Article 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS:

a) BINDING: This Amendment will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors and/or administrators of both Parties.

c) GOVERNING LAW: This Lease and this Amendment are governed, construed, and interpreted by and through the laws of the State of Alabama.
