12. In accordance with regulation 19 of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/2013), this notice gives You actual knowledge of the unlawful, defamatory content identified above.
13. This matter falls within the meaning of persistent re-posting under regulation 6 and the Schedule to the Defamation (Operators of Websites) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3028) (the “Regulations”). Notices in relation to the same, or substantially the same, defamatory content have previously been sent to You on the following occasions:

14. Copies of the previous notices referred to above are attached below for ease of reference at the exhibit marked ‘Previous Notices’.
15. Following each of those previous notices, the same or substantially the same defamatory content was removed by You in accordance with the Regulations. By reason of the persistent re-posting of the same content, You are requested to remove the content within 48 hours of receipt of this notice.
16. Accordingly, and in reliance upon the Regulations and section 5 of the Defamation Act 2013, it is requested that You remove the defamatory content identified in this notice from the Site in its entirety, so that it can no longer be accessed by the public.
17. Please provide written confirmation to the email address set out in paragraph 2 above once the requested action has been taken, and in any event by ________.
18. Should You fail to remove the defamatory content within the period specified above, You may be unable to rely upon the defence available to operators of websites under section 5 of the Defamation Act 2013, and You may become liable for the continued publication of the defamatory content.
