10. Additional standards applicable to videos or photographs

The Site provides multimedia services which enable you to upload and share multimedia content.

The above content standards are applicable to the sharing of multimedia. Furthermore, when uploading or sharing any multimedia content:

10.1.a. you must bring any multimedia uploaded or shared to the Site containing restricted material to our immediate attention.

10.1.b. Restricted material includes material which contains content which would be punishable as a criminal offence of:

- terrorism;

- sexual abuse;

- sexual exploitation of children;

- child pornography;

- racism; or

- xenophobia.

Restricted material is also any material which is unclassified, unclassifiable, or rated for a person over 18 or suitable for such a rating or contains material which might impair the physical or mental well-being and/or development of persons under 18.

10.1.c. you must not upload to the Site or otherwise share any multimedia containing material is likely to incite violence or hatred against any person or group of persons;

- include or promote discrimination based on sex, racial or ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation;

- encourage behaviour prejudicial to health or safety;

- encourage behaviour grossly prejudicial to the protection of the environment;

- cause physical, mental or moral detriment to persons under the age of 18;

- directly exhort such persons to purchase or rent goods or services in a manner which exploits their inexperience or credulity;

- directly encourage such persons to persuade their parents or others to purchase or rent goods or services;

- exploit the trust of such persons in parents, teachers or others; or

- unreasonably show such persons in dangerous situations.

10.1.g. any multimedia uploaded to the Site or otherwise shared on the Site for advertising purposes must, as far as is reasonably practicable, make it readily recognisable as an advert and should not convey a message subliminally.

11. Breaches to the terms of this policy

Where we consider that there has been a breach of any of the terms of this policy, we may:

- issue you with a formal warning;

- terminate or suspend your ability to access and use the Site; or

- instigate legal proceedings against you where appropriate;

- disclose any criminal activity to the relevant enforcement bodies and/or agencies.
