RE: CONDITIONAL OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Further to your recent application and interview, I am pleased to offer you the position of ________ with ________ (the "Company"), on the terms set out in this letter.

This letter constitutes a conditional offer of employment only. It does not itself form a contract of employment. The full particulars of your employment, in compliance with section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, will be set out in a written statement of employment particulars and/or contract of employment, which will be provided to you on or before your first day of employment and which, once agreed and signed, will supersede this letter.

1. Conditions of Offer

This offer is conditional upon the satisfactory fulfilment of each of the following requirements:

In particular, and in accordance with section 15 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, this offer is conditional upon you providing satisfactory documentary evidence of your right to work in the United Kingdom. The Company reserves the right to withdraw this offer, or to terminate your employment, if any of the above conditions is not met to its reasonable satisfaction or if any information you have provided is found to be false or misleading.

2. Commencement Date

Subject to the conditions above being satisfied, your employment will commence on ________, or such other date as may be mutually agreed in writing. No period of employment with a previous employer counts towards your continuous period of employment, which begins on the commencement date stated above.

3. Job Title and Hours

3.1 You are offered the position of ________ on a Full-time basis.

3.2 Your normal working hours will be ________ hours per week, to be worked as directed by the Company. By accepting this offer you confirm your agreement to the working time arrangements which will be detailed in your contract of employment. 4. Remuneration
