RE: NOTICE OF INCREASE OF RENT

§ 1. The Lease

  1. This Notice concerns the lease of the Property granted by ________ (the "Landlord") to the Tenant, which commenced on ________ (the "Lease").

§ 2. Statutory and Contractual Basis
