RE: Claim for compensation in respect of a delayed flight pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 (as retained and amended in UK domestic law by the Air Passenger Rights and Air Travel Organisers' Licensing (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019)

In the event, the flight was delayed and I did not arrive at my final destination until ________, a delay of ________ hours beyond the scheduled time of arrival.
On the basis of the flight distance set out above, I am entitled to fixed compensation under Article 7 of the Regulation in the sum of ________.
