§1. Introduction. I write in my capacity as the tenant under a commercial lease of the premises described below (the "Premises"), which I have occupied since ________ pursuant to a lease dated ________ made between yourself as landlord and me as tenant (the "Lease"). This letter constitutes a formal complaint and is sent to you in accordance with the terms of the Lease and applicable law.
