§ 7. Data Privacy. The parties consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data contained herein solely for the purposes of executing and giving effect to this instrument, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
