Re: VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION

1. Effectivity and Statutory Notice. 4. Confidentiality and Data Privacy. I acknowledge my continuing obligation to preserve the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information of the Company even after my separation, and I undertake to comply with applicable obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) with respect to any personal data I may have processed in the course of my employment.
