We write on behalf of and as duly authorised representative of the above-named organiser (the “Organiser”) in respect of the following event (the “Event”):

§1. Notice of Cancellation. It is with regret that we hereby formally notify you, pursuant to our contractual undertakings and in accordance with Articles 1159, 1170 and 1305 of the Civil Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 386), that the Event is unable to proceed as scheduled. The particulars and reasons for the cancellation are as follows:

§2. Entitlement to Refund. By reason of the cancellation, and consistent with Articles 1191, 1231 and 1385 of the Civil Code of the Philippines on the restitution of the parties to their former condition, you are entitled to a full refund (the “Refund”) in the amount of ________ (₱________), representing the total sums received by the Organiser in respect of your booking or registration for the Event.

§6. Force Majeure.
