RE: FORMAL DEMAND TO CEASE AND DESIST


Dear ________,

This letter is sent in connection with, and as a formal demand arising from, your unlawful and injurious acts directed against the undersigned (hereinafter the “Sender”).

§ 1. Statement of the Offending Conduct. Since ________, you have persistently engaged in acts of harassment, vexation, and annoyance against the Sender, particularly described as follows:

§ 3. Injury and Damage Sustained. Your acts have caused serious anxiety, besmirched reputation, wounded feelings, moral shock, and social humiliation, gravely disturbing the Sender’s psychological, emotional, and mental well-being.

§ 4. Pecuniary Damage. By reason of your acts, the Sender has suffered actual and pecuniary damage, specifically:
