Re: FINAL DEMAND TO PAY RENTAL ARREARS AND TO VACATE THE LEASED PREMISES

I write to you in my capacity as the lessor (and/or duly authorized representative of the lessor) of the real property more particularly described as follows (the "Leased Premises"):

§1. The Lease. The Leased Premises are the subject of that certain Contract of Lease executed by and between us on ________ (the "Lease"), pursuant to Articles 1642 to 1688 of the Civil Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 386).
