WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the Motor Vehicle to the BUYER and the BUYER desires to buy the same from the SELLER.

d. The SELLER shall execute and deliver to the BUYER any and all documents, and shall do such other acts as may be necessary or proper to effect the transfer of the registration and ownership of the Motor Vehicle to the BUYER.
