Dear Sir/Madam,

RE: NOTICE TO QUIT AND DELIVER UP POSSESSION OF THE PREMISES SITUATE AT ________

§1. Introduction. I write in my capacity as the tenant of the property described above ("the Premises") to give you formal notice of my intention to determine the tenancy subsisting between us and to deliver up vacant possession of the Premises in accordance with the terms of our tenancy agreement and the applicable tenancy laws of ________.

§2. Particulars of the Tenancy.

  1. The tenancy in respect of the Premises commenced on ________.
  2. The said tenancy is a ________ tenancy and is due to expire on ________.
  3. The agreed rent in respect of the Premises is the sum of ₦________ (________) payable ________.

§3. Notice of Termination. Take notice that, pursuant to the terms of the tenancy agreement and the provisions of the applicable tenancy law of ________, I hereby give you not less than ________ notice of my intention to determine the tenancy. §4. Performance of Tenant's Covenants.
