§1. INTRODUCTION

1. I, ________, of ________ (the "Tenant"), am the lawful tenant in occupation of the premises described as ________ (the "Demised Premises"), held under a tenancy/lease agreement made between myself and yourself, ________ (the "Landlord"), dated ________ (the "Lease Agreement").
2. This letter is written pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement and the applicable provisions of the law governing landlord and tenant relations in the State where the Demised Premises is situate, including the relevant Tenancy/Rent Control Law of ________ State and the general principles of Nigerian property law.

§2. PARTICULARS OF THE CURRENT TENANCY

§3. REQUEST FOR RENEWAL

Nothing contained in this letter shall be construed as a waiver of, or prejudice to, any of my statutory or contractual rights as a tenant, including any right of renewal, right to a renewal notice, or any protection conferred upon me under the applicable tenancy law of ________ State, all of which rights are expressly reserved.
