RE: REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO REPAY OUTSTANDING DEBT

§1. Introduction. I, the undersigned, write respectfully to formally request an extension of time within which to discharge my indebtedness to you, the particulars of which are set out below.

§2. The Existing Obligation. Pursuant to the ________ dated ________ ( he ented between by me and you ("the Agreement"), I undertook to repay the principal sum of \u20a6________ (________ Naira) on or before ________ ("the Due Date").

§3. Reason for the Request. Regrettably, I am presently unable to meet the said obligation on the Due Date for the following reason(s):
