§5.3. I undertake to acknowledge your authorship and/or ownership of the Work in the manner reasonably required by you, and to preserve the integrity of the Work in accordance with your moral rights under the Copyright Act 2022.
§5.4. I shall not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer any rights granted hereunder to any third party without your prior written consent.
§6. Governing Law
§6.1. Any permission or licence granted pursuant to this request shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of ________.
