§1. PLACEMENT OF ORDER

1.1. Pursuant to your catalogue and the price quotation issued to us under reference ________ dated ________, I/we hereby place a firm and binding order for ________ units of ________ (the "Goods"), bearing product/catalogue code ________.

1.2. This Purchase Order, together with the description, specifications and quality stated in your catalogue, constitutes a binding contract for the sale of goods upon your acceptance hereof, and shall be governed by the Sale of Goods Law applicable in the relevant State of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

§2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

2.1. The agreed unit price for the Goods is ₦________ (________) per unit, exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) chargeable at the prevailing rate under the Value Added Tax Act (Cap. V1, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, as amended).
