I trust this letter finds you well. I, ________, residing at ________, being your immediate neighbour, am addressing this letter to you in a spirit of good faith and neighbourly cooperation.
§ 1. Subject Matter. The purpose of this communication is to bring to your kind notice the persistent and excessive noise emanating from your aforesaid property, which has been causing substantial annoyance, discomfort and disturbance to me, my family and other neighbours residing adjacent to your premises.
