5.2 Independent assistance and advice may be available from the Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) and from the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB). You are also advised that you may wish to seek independent legal advice in relation to this matter.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Nothing in this Notice affects your right to refer a dispute to the Residential Tenancies Board for resolution pursuant to Part 6 of the Residential Tenancies Acts 2004 to 2024.
