§ 1.  Termination

This letter confirms that your employment with ________ (the “Employer”), in the position of ________, is terminated for just cause, effective ________ (the “Termination Date”). This decision is made pursuant to the Employer’s rights at common law and is governed by the applicable employment standards legislation of the Province of ________.

§ 2.  Grounds for Termination

The Employer has determined that just cause exists for the termination of your employment by reason of the following conduct, which the Employer considers to constitute a fundamental breach of your employment obligations:
