7.   Please let me know how you intend to address this matter. I would appreciate a telephone call to discuss a suitable resolution and you can reach me on ________ or by email at ________.

8.   If we are unable to resolve the matter directly, I am willing to participate in mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution through the relevant community justice or dispute resolution service in my State or Territory before taking any further steps.

9.   I reserve all of my rights, including the right to make a complaint to the relevant local council or regulatory authority and to seek legal advice and pursue any remedies available to me, should the matter not be resolved. Nothing in this letter is intended to be, nor should it be construed as, a waiver of any of my rights.
