This notice is issued by ________ of ________ (the "Copyright Owner") and applies to the material described below in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and all other applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

§ 1. Ownership and Reservation of Rights

  1. All material accompanying or referring to this notice, including all content comprised therein — encompassing artwork, images, photographs, logos, text, drawings, designs, layouts, methodologies, processes, software code, databases, compilations, confidential and proprietary information, trade secrets, marketing strategies and customer data (collectively, the "Material") — is the exclusive property of the Copyright Owner and is protected as an original literary, artistic, dramatic, musical and/or other work and/or subject matter other than works under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
  2. In particular, the Material includes, but is not limited to, the following:
