§5. STATEMENT OF TENANT’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1 The Tenant is entitled to a written statement of the terms of the tenancy in accordance with Article 4A of the Private Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.
5.2 The amount of rent may only be increased in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement and applicable law, including the restrictions on the frequency of rent increases under the Private Tenancies Act (Northern Ireland) 2022.
5.4 The Landlord is responsible for repairs in accordance with the tenancy agreement and any obligations implied by law, including those relating to fitness for habitation.
5.5 Each payment of rent received by or on behalf of the Landlord must be entered in this rent book and the entry signed or initialled by the person receiving the payment.
